Coverage Rate: 8–10 m²/litre/coat
Packaging: Contact CRC for available sizes
  • Quick-acting — starts repelling water in approximately 2 hours
  • Extended durability — years of dependable surface protection
  • Seals against moisture, atmospheric and chemical attack
  • Will not darken or yellow with age
  • Reduces weather staining — vertical surfaces benefit from a self-cleaning effect
  • Can be recoated at any time without preparation

Surface PreparationThe substrate must be clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, paint, curing compounds, or any surface contaminants. For new concrete, allow a minimum 28-day cure before application.Application Method1Apply Natural Sealer using a low-pressure sprayer, roller, or brush. Work in even, overlapping passes.2Saturate the surface thoroughly — the product needs to penetrate deep into the pores and capillaries to form its protective barrier.3On highly porous surfaces, apply a second coat while the first coat is still damp (wet-on-wet method).4For standard surfaces, allow the first coat to dry for 2–4 hours before applying a second coat if required.5Avoid foot traffic for at least 2 hours. The sealer will begin repelling water within approximately 2 hours of application.Suitable SurfacesExposed concrete facades and drivewaysMasonry and brick wallsRetaining walls and garden featuresNatural stone cladding and paversExterior render and blockworkCoverage Rate8–10 m² per litre per coat depending on substrate porosity.Pro Tip: Two coats are recommended for maximum protection on highly porous substrates. Apply the second coat before the first has fully cured for optimal chemical bonding within the pores.
